Fraser Bloomington, MN is seeking a Project Management & Operations Specialist to support the Community Living division. You’ll help improve processes, run internal audits, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, partnering with the management team on training needs.

This full-time role offers a schedule Monday–Friday 8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM, with a salary range of $56,000 to $60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in social work, psychology, sociology, special education, nursing or a closely related field is required.
• Designated Coordinator qualified as defined by 245D is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal electronic audits of Community Living records under direction of the Community Living Management Team.
• Support with requests from external entities or internal audits for information.
• Identify goals and objectives for training needs based on audit trends and work with program leadership to organize trainings.
• Assist with updating policies, procedures, forms, and guidelines as directed by Director/Program Managers; ensure alignment with team needs.
• Assist with planning systematic/procedural changes within the Community Living Division and Fraser Divisions.
• Organize and perform special projects for the Fraser Community Living division as assigned.

Fraser is seeking a Project Management & Operations Specialist to support projects and operational initiatives within the Community Living Division. This position will assist with improving processes and systems, and utilizing available technology to support operational effectiveness. The Project & Operations Specialist will also conduct internal audits, develop quality assurance reports, and analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. This role will partner with the Community Living management team to identify training needs and provide recommendations for additional or updated training for supervisors and staff.

Job Duties:

• Complete internal electronic audits of Community Living records under direction of the Community Living Management Team.
• Support with requests from external entities or internal audits for information.
• Identify goals and objectives for individualized or department-wide training needs based on audit trends, and work with program leadership to organize trainings or training materials as needed.
• Assist with creating and updating policies, procedures, forms, and guidelines as directed by Director and/or Program Managers. Consult and collaborate with Supervisors to ensure policies, procedures, and best practices match team needs.
• Assist with the planning of systematic/procedural changes related to the Community Living Division and other Fraser Divisions as requested
• Organize and perform special projects for the Fraser Community Living division as assigned.

• This position is a full time exempt, with hours Monday-Friday either 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM
• $56,000 to $60,000 per year depending on qualifications.

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS in social work, psychology, sociology, special education, nursing or a closely related field required.
  • If you have a social work degree, must have licensure.
• Designated Coordinator qualified as defined by 245D required.
• One to two years of experience working in service coordination or case management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred. Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel independently throughout the metro areawithin a reasonable amount of timeis required.
