Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. in Chicago seeks an Onsite Manager – Workplace Services to lead end-to-end onsite IT support, collaboration, and digital workplace services at the client site.

You will oversee Desktop Engineering, White Glove Support, Service Desk ITSM Tools, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, driving SLA compliance and continuous improvement. Lead onsite teams, deliver data-driven insights, and partner with stakeholders to align improvements with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading onsite IT support and collaboration services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Strong experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and ITSM analytics.
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service governance.

Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery of Workplace Services at the client site, ensuring a high-quality end-user experience.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, security standards, and operational processes.
• Act as the primary onsite escalation point for high-severity incidents and service disruptions.
• Lead onsite teams across Desktop Engineering, VIP Support, Service Desk Tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Oversee ITSM governance, reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights for leadership.
• Translate data into actionable insights and ensure data integrity.
