Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems.
• Five years of IT experience with supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of help desk, desktop computing, AV resources, data communication infrastructure, telephone system equipment, video security systems, and related applications.
• Coordinate purchase and implementation of computers, software, peripherals and AV equipment.
• Design and coordinate classroom and laboratory technology infrastructure, equipment selection, layout, and connectivity.
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests and administer service management and asset tracking software.
• Provide staff training and mentor personnel; participate in governance groups and budget/technology planning.
