Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Two years of experience in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or administrative support.
• Excellent oral and written communication; service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive inventory of IT assets.
• Facilitate IT purchases, tracking all logistical aspects from initial ordering to delivery.
• Track annual hardware and software budget renewals and expenses.
• Track and submit all IT invoices, ensuring they are paid on time.
• Anticipate the needs of IT Managers and provide proactive support.
• Arrange and facilitate department-wide activities such as the annual All IT Meetings.
• Partner with operational leaders to proactively manage IT needs.
• Collaborate with business and clinical operation leaders to develop self-service IT access modules.
• Publish monthly Service Management statistics.
