Job summary

etch seeks an IT Business Support Analyst II to provide day-to-day IT operations support, manage inventory, and help optimize service delivery in a healthcare setting.

Based in Knoxville, you will coordinate IT purchases, track budgets and renewals, process contracts and invoices, and support the Service Management system.

The role requires strong communication, independent problem solving, and proactive, customer-focused service to enable clinicians and staff to access IT resources efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare/IT or admin support experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive inventory of IT assets.
• Facilitate IT purchases, tracking all logistics from ordering to delivery.
• Track annual hardware and software budget renewals and expenses.
• Track and submit all IT invoices, ensuring timely payments.
• Coordinate department-wide IT activities and meetings.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to proactively manage IT needs.
• Work with clinical leaders to develop self-service IT access modules.
• Maintain and publish monthly Service Management statistics.
