Job summary

Girikon is seeking an Account Manager for IT Services & Consulting in Phoenix, AZ. The role blends client relationship management with strategic growth, coordinating with sales, delivery, and resources to maximize value for key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a background in IT services, strong communication skills, and experience with SaaS platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. This is a hybrid/ on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferably 3–7 years of experience in account management or business development within IT services or tech consulting.
Understanding of IT consulting, software implementation, professional services, managed services, and project delivery.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate technical teams.
Experience with enterprise SaaS/cloud platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen client relationships, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate successful project delivery with sales, delivery, and resource teams.
Forecast opportunities, maintain CRM records, and support account expansion goals.
Identify staffing needs, shortlist resources, and ensure timely deployment and onboarding.
Monitor progress, resolve escalations, and ensure commitments and deliverables are met.
