Job summary

Kendall Cadillac in Meridian, ID is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to join our IT support team. This full-time role supports 55 locations across 5 states, handling user requests via phone, email and our ticketing system, primarily from a desk.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops/laptops (Win 10/11).
• Experience with Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and business apps.
• Experience imaging and deploying computers.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication.
• Ability to work in a ticket-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for incoming IT requests.
• Respond via phone, email, or in-person as needed.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps clearly.
• Perform basic hardware/software installation and repair.
