Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Desk Technician to support over 55 locations across five states. You will handle user requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system from a desk, ensuring timely resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have Windows 10/11, AD administration, Office 365 experience, and a customer-service mindset. Salary is hourly with a Mon-Fri 9am-6pm schedule, offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Windows 10/11 desktop troubleshooting and support.
• Active Directory admin tasks such as password resets and user provisioning.
• Experience with Office 365 and common business apps.
• Imaging and deploying computers in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for incoming queries and service requests.
• Respond to users by phone, email, or in-person as needed.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps clearly and calmly.
• Perform basic hardware and software installation, modification, and repair.
• Maintain daily performance of PCs, printers, and end-user devices.
• Run diagnostics, track recurring issues, and escalate as needed.
• Document procedures and solutions to help the team knowledge base.
• Stay up to date with system information, updates, and changes.
