Job summary

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Marketing Technical Support Specialist to support dealership teams on-site in Meridian, Idaho. Responsibilities include handling inventory/website issues, troubleshooting, and QA testing, with a focus on timely ticketing and effective communication.

The role requires collaboration, a strong customer-service mindset, and experience with Wordpress/HTML. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with hourly pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support calls and emails for inventory and website issues
• Identify and resolve inventory issues from DMS, IMS, and CMS
• Create and manage support tickets for follow-up
• Generate inventory reports and perform Website Quality Assurance testing
• Conduct phone number QA testing and Website/Vendor Audits
