Kendall Ford Inc. is seeking a ServiceDesk Technician to join our IT support team. This role supports over 55 locations across 5 states, handling user support requests via phone, email, and our ticketing system.

Pay is $20 per hour with a Mon-Fri 9am-6pm schedule. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, manage AD tasks, and assist with imaging and deployments while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops.
• Active Directory administration experience.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and common business applications.
• Ability to work in a ticket-driven environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries, issues, and service requests.
• Respond to users by phone, email, or in-person as needed.
• Walk users through troubleshooting steps in a clear and patient manner.
• Perform basic hardware and software installation, modification, and repair.
• Maintain daily performance of computers, printers, and other end-user systems.
• Run diagnostics, track recurring issues, and elevate as needed.
• Administer Active Directory tasks (e.g., password resets, new user profiles).
• Document procedures and solutions to build team knowledge.
• Stay up to date with system information, updates, and changes.
