Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking a Technology Support Analyst in Greer, SC, to provide Level 1–2 IT service desk support. You will troubleshoot software, hardware, security, and network issues, guide users through solutions, and train end-users as needed.

The role includes asset management, licensing, and incident escalation to 3rd tier when required. Qualifications include an AA degree in a related field, CompTIA A+ certification, 2+ years with Active Directory, and a willingness to work flexible

Qualifications

• AA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• CompTia A+ Certification required; Network+ and Security+ or equivalent are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory is required.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service Desk support and resolve end-user problems to satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond quickly to requests through the IT Service Desk and document progress.
• Identify, organize, prioritize and escalate tickets; create tickets at initial report and communicate progress.
• Configure local workstations with Active Directory integration and settings.
• Develop and enforce internal procedures; assist onboarding of new users and provisioning.
• Provide PC imaging, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Windows 7/10; install and test desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide conference room support and troubleshoot AV equipment; coordinate with third-party vendors for repairs.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, software, and licenses.
