Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support or service desk experience; call center or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a client-facing mindset.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and enterprise applications.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues in real time.
• Accurately log incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in a ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while managing user expectations.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Handle multiple tickets simultaneously while meeting SLAs and performance metrics.
