Job summary

Qualifications

- At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience supervising a team and delivering IT projects.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices for service desk management.
- Understanding of HIPAA and HITECH regulatory requirements.
- Experience with EMRs and healthcare information exchange (HIE) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IS Director in supervising day-to-day operations of the Service Desk and Projects.
- Oversee and coordinate the Service Desk team to provide excellent IT support to staff and patients.
- Lead IT projects to improve the hospital's technology infrastructure.
