Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of computer/desktops/networks experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven experience supervising a team and delivering IT projects.
- Knowledge of ITIL service desk management and IT project management methodologies.
- Understanding of HIPAA and HITECH regulations in healthcare IT.
- Experience with EMRs and healthcare information exchange (HIE) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IS Director in supervising day-to-day operations of the Service Desk and Projects.
- Oversee and coordinate the Service Desk Technical Support Analyst team to provide strong IT support to staff and patients.
- Lead and deliver IT projects to improve the hospital's technology infrastructure.
