Job summary

Boulder Medical Center is seeking IT professionals to join our IPT Help Desk team in Boulder County. This full-time, in-person role requires coming to clinic locations around Boulder County and supports hardware, software, EHR, and networking tasks.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in a collaborative healthcare setting. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in IT within a large networked environment, healthcare IT experience preferred, and strong verbal/written communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2-3 years of IT experience in a large networked environment.
Healthcare IT experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Respond to Tier 1 and 2 helpdesk requests for hardware, software, and peripherals.
Support PBX related issues and 3cx software.
Troubleshoot EHR software and desktop hardware.
Maintain hardware/software inventory and assist with OS installations.
Collaborate with IT on projects like patching, network expansion, telephony, and infrastructure.
Participate in on-call rotations.
