About The Career

• Assists the IS Director in supervising the day-to-day operations of the organizations Service Desk and Projects. The role involves overseeing and coordinating the service desk Technical Support Analyst team to provide excellent customer service and IT support to the organizations staff and patients, as well as leading and delivering on various IT projects to improve the hospital's overall technology infrastructure.

All About You

• A minimum of high school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least a 4-year working knowledge of computers, desktops and networks with at least 3 years of experience in an supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Proven experience in supervising a team and or delivering IT projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices for service desk management and IT project management methodologies.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and HITECH.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare information exchange (HIE) preferred.
