Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Aurora, CO seeks an experienced supervisor for the HIM ROI Call Center. This onsite, full-time role supervises daily staff activities, coordinates staffing, and provides direction, training, coaching and mentoring to staff to meet service levels.

The position requires an Associate's degree, RHIT and/or CCS certification within 3 years of hire; RHIA is preferred. Onsite role with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RHIT and/or CCS certification within 3 years of hire.
• RHIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Leads handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints; works in a fast-paced environment.
