Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Service Desk professional to provide frontline IT support at the Easton Oval office in Columbus, OH. You will handle inquiries, run diagnostics, and resolve issues while delivering outstanding customer service to internal users.

The role requires at least 1 year in IT support or a call center, an Associate's Degree, and the ability to work day and evening shifts, with some weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of IT support, customer service and call center experience.
• Associate's Degree required.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Genesys Call Center tooling, or relevant technical environments preferred.
• Candidates must be available to work daytime and evening hours during the week and on some weekends as part of their normal schedule.
• Previous banking environment experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate professional verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly resolve complex problems using various resources.
• Ability to adapt to stakeholder needs, including handling difficult conversations.
• Experience with headset use and sitting for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to internal customers daily.
• Work individually and as a team to meet and exceed goals (call handle time, availability, quality).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Huntington products, services, technology, and procedures.
• Document notes in the appropriate systems for staff training and preparedness.
• Follow up with internal customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Drive initiatives that improve the service desk.
• Collaborate with internal support groups to deliver best service.
• Other duties as assigned.
