Remedy Staffing in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician II to deliver advanced desktop and technical support for end users. The role covers troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile devices, and peripherals while ensuring excellent customer service.

You will install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related technology, and assist with upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

2+ years of desktop support, help desk, or IT support experience.
Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Associate degree or relevant technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier II desktop support and technical troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Support Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Assist with technology rollouts, upgrades, and equipment replacements.
Escalate complex issues as needed and collaborate with IT team members.
