Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of customer support experience in a technical or service desk environment preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot enterprise software and hardware.
• Experience supporting Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, or overtime when required.
