Job summary

CMC in Irving, TX seeks an IT Service Delivery Specialist to keep customer sites operational and support manufacturing systems. You’ll manage Cherwell tickets, assist with asset management, and coordinate with AD, Exchange, Server, Storage, and Networking teams.

Required: 3+ years in IT support or service delivery, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT service delivery or IT support.
• Experience with Cherwell and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple IT disciplines (AD, Exchange, networks).

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to IT tickets to keep sites operational.
• Assist with asset management and documentation.
• Collaborate with AD, Exchange, Server, Storage, and Networking teams.
• Support new technology rollouts and changes.
• Provide on-call coverage and travel up to 25%.
