Job summary
US Tech Solutions is seeking an IT Site Service Specialist for the CEC Region to manage end-user IT services and ensure uninterrupted operations across NY, NJ, and CT. You will align IT investments with regional strategies and provide hands-on support for Windows, MacOS, M365, and AD environments.
The role requires ITIL knowledge, strong communication, and experience with ServiceNow/Remedy. This contract position spans 12 months with local candidates preferred.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required with minimum 5 years of directly related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
- ITIL V4 Preferred.
Responsibilities
- End User Support.
- Maintenance of IT Resources: regular maintenance and upkeep of IT resources for optimal performance in the CEC Region.
- Anticipate, prevent, and respond to technology interruptions to ensure uninterrupted IT services for the CEC Region.
- Provide setup, troubleshooting, and resolution support for services, technology, and products.
- Determine solutions, provide feedback on changes, create tests/tools/diagnostic procedures, and assist in complex technical solutions affecting core systems.
- Service fulfillment: meet customer requests from the CEC Region efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with IT standards and processes; assist with testing and implementation of new systems.
