Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is seeking an IT Service Delivery professional to ensure customer sites stay operational across manufacturing environments. You will support Cherwell-based ticketing, assist asset management, and collaborate with IT teams on deployments and refreshes.

The role requires 3+ years in IT service delivery or support, strong communication, and ability to work cross-functionally in a global, multi-site setting. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Service Delivery or other IT support positions.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems (Service Now, Cherwell) and desktop applications.
• Knowledge of IT support in areas including PC, Applications (Manufacturing systems preferred), Telecomm, and Networking protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customer site is operational across all Service Delivery aspects.
• Maintains quality and consistency with Cherwell IT ticketing system.
