Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT service/desk experience; 2–3 years in a Senior role or equivalent (Preferred)
• 2 years in information technology management (Preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Shift Hours: Standard shift Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM EST, IL location

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT service operations for hospital client, delivering responsive, high-quality support across technical and application domains.
• Align service delivery with account revenue and margin goals to support profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and proactively address issues to sustain trust.
• Monitor risks and escalate appropriately to maintain operational stability.
• Lead and develop high-performance teams; ensure milestones are met and staff feel supported.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements, automation strategies, and end-to-end use cases.
• Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 support processes with a strong focus on SLA/OLA commitments.
