You will drive process excellence, manage Tier 1/2 workflows, and mentor teams to meet milestones while aligning service delivery with revenue and margin goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ~5+ years related experience; 2-3 years at Senior level or equivalent preferred.
• Experience leading a team in IT service management and operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day IT service operations for hospital client across technical and application support.
• Align service delivery with account revenue and margin goals.
• Build and nurture client relationships to reinforce trust and satisfaction.
• Monitor risk and escalate to maintain operational stability.
