Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT service operations delivering responsive support.
• Align service delivery with account revenue and margin goals.
• Build and nurture client relationships to reinforce trust and satisfaction.
• Monitor risks and escalate to maintain operational stability.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams ensuring milestones are met.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements and end-to-end use-case definitions.
• Oversee 24/7 technical and application support with a focus on SLA/OLA commitments.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members; develop talent.
