This role requires 5+ years in ITSM and leadership experience, with proficiency in Citrix, Active Directory, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.

Formación

• 5+ years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience (Preferred)
• 2 years experience in information technology management (Preferred)
• Management Experience: 0-2 years relevant leadership experience (Preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Experience leading Tier 1 troubleshooting across Citrix, Active Directory, and desktop/office environments; ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and Remedy

Responsabilidades

• Delivering responsive & efficient IT services across client hospital support domains.
• Align service delivery with revenue and margin goals.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to reinforce trust.
• Monitor risks and escalate appropriately to maintain stability.
• Lead high-performance teams and ensure staff feel supported.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements and automation strategies.
• Manage around-the-clock Tier 1 and 2 support with SLA/OLA focus.
• Lead with technical expertise in Citrix, AD, and desktop environments; oversee ITSM tooling like ServiceNow and Remedy
