Job summary

Commercial Metals Company (CMC) is seeking an IT Service Delivery professional to ensure customer sites are operational and to support manufacturing systems across our facilities. You will work with Cherwell, Asset Management, and cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain high service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 3 years in IT support or service delivery, and willingness to travel up to 25% for site coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Service Delivery or IT support roles.
• Experience with Cherwell, Service Now, or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of PC, applications, networking, and manufacturing systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer site is operational within all aspects of Service Delivery.
• Maintain quality with the Cherwell IT ticketing system.
• Assist Asset Management and other IT teams to meet customer requests promptly.
• Support manufacturing system environments and related software applications.
• Participate in site-specific IT projects and document technical specs.
