Job summary

Meriton in the United States (Phoenix area) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the IT Field Solutions team responsible for live desktop, laptop, and software support for Service and Control Technicians in rooftop and on-site environments. You’ll ensure technicians have reliable tools, connectivity, and access to secure systems to perform at a high level around the clock.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in IT service or field support, including 5+ years in leadership.
Experience leading field-based IT teams that support technicians or skilled trades.
Genuine passion for hands-on fieldwork and IT in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the IT Field Solutions team providing support for Service and Control Technicians across locations.
Ensure dependable, live support for laptops/tablets, software, VPN, and connectivity.
Monitor support metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Service and IT leaders to align activities with growth initiatives.
Recruit and develop traveling IT Field Support staff and apprenticeships for career progression.
Design and manage apprenticeship framework transitioning staff from IT to field control roles.
