ITPartners+ is seeking a Service Delivery Engineer II to join our growing MSP team in Minnesota. You will be the face of our company to partners, delivering front-line IT support, engineering long-term solutions, and coordinating with vendors for issue resolution.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work onsite or remotely as needed. A driver’s license and willingness to learn are essential components of the job.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a help desk or equivalent role.
• Experience with remote monitoring and ticketing software preferred.
• Basic networking, server and hardware knowledge.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Patience to deal with difficult people and situations (onsite and via phone).
• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle for onsite appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic to mid-level IT tech support to partners onsite and remotely.
• Engineer long-term solutions for partner issues.
• Monitor progress of tickets and key support metrics.
• Thoroughly document issues and resolutions and communicate with the team.
• Set up hardware for installation and perform onsite deployments.
• Take ownership of at least one area and share best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve partner issues.
• Adapt to changing workflows and continuously improve support processes.
