Job summary

Connect4Talent is seeking a highly organized Service Delivery Coordinator for the Fairfax, VA area. You will manage service requests, ticket workflows, scheduling, and client communications to keep deliveries on track and within defined procedures.

The role focuses on coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate service records, and delivering timely updates to clients while escalating issues as needed. Travel to client sites is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business, IT, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in service coordination, dispatch, or related roles.
• Familiarity with IT service operations, ticketing, SLA expectations, and client workflows.
• Experience with Autotask, ConnectWise, M365, Teams, SharePoint, TimeZest or vendor portals is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming service requests, ticket workflow, scheduling, and logistics to keep deliveries on track.
• Provide timely, non-technical updates to clients, manage expectations, and escalate issues as needed.
• Route, monitor, and follow up on tickets; address aging, stalled, or at-risk items; escalate high-impact concerns.
• Coordinate technician schedules, onsite access, equipment needs, and procurement within approved authority.
• Maintain accurate custody records for equipment, inventory, and service documentation.
• Keep system documentation current and prepare procedures for coverage during absences.
• Administer on-call rotation and escalate unresolved coverage conflicts to management.
