Qualifications

• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment preferred.
• Familiarity with PSA platforms such as ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, HaloPSA.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and customer-focused during periods of high ticket volume.
• Commitment to accuracy, accountability, and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize incoming service requests using our PSA platform.
• Triage support tickets to assign the right technician.
• Coordinate technician schedules to maximize productivity and meet client expectations.
• Communicate professionally with clients, technical staff, and leadership, especially during high-priority situations.
• Monitor service boards to ensure tickets progress and SLAs are met.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation, statuses, and workflows.
• Assist in improving operational efficiency through automation and planning.
• Handle confidential client and company information with professionalism.
