Job summary

The 20 LLC, a premier Managed Service Provider, is seeking a Dispatcher to manage service coordination, schedule technical resources, and support administrative tasks in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Ideal candidates bring MSP dispatch experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with PSA/RMM tools such as Kaseya BMS and ConnectWise, plus IT Glue familiarity. This role offers Mon–Fri daytime hours and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years in dispatcher/coordinator/admin roles, MSP preferred.
• Certifications in IT service coordination are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the dispatch calendar for technical support and project teams.
• Schedule and coordinate client, engineer, and vendor appointments.
• Monitor service tickets and keep updates moving toward resolution.
• Communicate scheduling, ticket status, and service expectations clearly.
• Create and maintain dispatch procedures and workflows documentation.
• Support admin tasks and help improve operational efficiency.
• Help identify and improve dispatch and scheduling processes.
• Ensure activities align with The 20's commitment to quality service.
