Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking an IT Business Operations Analyst II to streamline administrative, financial, and operational processes within the IT department. The role supports leadership with insights on operational and financial issues and acts as a link between IT and Finance.

The position oversees end‑to‑end IT contract management, invoice processing, budget planning, and month‑end close, ensuring accurate reporting and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years Business Operations/Finance experience.
• IT environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end process for IT licensing and maintenance contracts.
• Validate invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Provide guidance on IT vendor engagement processes.
• Collaborate with Finance on billing for external customers.
• Prepare journal entries for internal chargebacks and adjustments.
• Support month‑end close and budget forecasting for IT.
