Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an IT Manager to oversee reliable, secure, and cost-effective day-to-day technology operations across office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments. You will manage infrastructure, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, end-user support, and business applications, including the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP.

You will lead vendor management, budgeting, and IT projects, ensuring uptime and compliance while supporting ongoing ERP changes and continuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive IT operations, infrastructure, or technical support experience, including supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, security tools, backups, cloud services, and vendors; manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servers, networks, cloud services, endpoints, business applications in office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments.
• Maintain system availability through monitoring, patching, maintenance, capacity planning, backups, and incident resolution.
• Manage help desk priorities, user accounts, devices, software deployment, onboarding/offboarding, assets, and documentation.
• Support approved Business Central ERP changes; ensure requirements, process design, controls, and user acceptance remain with functional leads.
• Maintain identity, access controls, security reviews, vulnerability remediation, and incident response; support continuity and disaster recovery.
