Job summary

Vytalize Health is seeking a senior technology leader responsible for reliable, secure, and scalable IT services across the organization. You will own day-to-day IT operations, from help desk to enterprise systems, device management, and communication infrastructure.

Reporting to the CIO, you will partner with the CISO to ensure security, HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance, and continuous improvement through ITIL-aligned processes and metrics.

Qualifications

• Progressive IT operations leadership experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong governance, security, and compliance mindset with HIPAA/SOC 2.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT service delivery, help desk, and KPI-driven performance metrics.
• Oversee identity/access management, asset management, and imaging processes.
• Administer M365, enterprise communications, and JSM configurations.
• Own mobile device management and security policy enforcement.
• Partner with CISO on security programs, audits, and risk assessments.
• Implement ITIL-aligned processes for incident, change, and problem management.
• Develop runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation.
• Lead staffing, development, and vendor management for IT operations.
• Drive project management and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure SOC 2 documentation mapping to required Trust Service Criteria.
