Job summary

Hearth is hiring an IT and Security Specialist to keep employees unblocked and run SOC2 compliance. You will own onboarding/off-boarding, manage the Mac fleet, and tighten access to core tools while exploring AI-driven automation. You may expand into Office Manager duties with appropriate compensation.

Located in NYC, this on-site role requires a hands-on leader who can scale our security and IT function as the company grows. Collaboration with People Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as IT lead or core IT specialist for a similar-sized company.
• Working knowledge of SOC2 and ownership of the process using Vanta.
• Excellent written communication for Slack and internal docs.

Responsibilities

• Be the first stop for IT issues, resolving daily tickets quickly and independently.
• Own onboarding and off-boarding end to end with seamless processes.
• Maintain SOC2 compliance in collaboration with People Operations and Vanta.
• Administer Mac fleet and tighten access to tools like Dialpad and Salesforce.
• Explore AI-driven automations to reduce repetitive support.
