Job summary

Gratsy LLC is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead the reliability and security of our internal technology environment. You will oversee IT infrastructure, networking, end-user tech, Apple Business Manager, asset inventory, and A/V systems, while coordinating with our Third-Party IT Partner.

You will drive technology strategy, manage SOC 2 compliance efforts, and guide budgets and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise end-user technology.
• Experience with Apple environments and Apple Business Manager is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 audits and security compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations and service delivery for reliable performance of critical business systems.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networking, connectivity, end-user technology, system access, and lifecycle needs.
• Administer Apple Business Manager and support provisioning, security, and device lifecycle.
• Lead relationship with Third-Party Network & IT Partner, including project delivery and security initiatives.
• Co-manage SOC 2 audits and ongoing compliance efforts with evidence collection and remediation tracking.
• Oversee AI tools environment, access, security, and usage standards.
• Manage conference room and office A/V technology to support employees and client meetings.
• Partner with leadership on technology planning, budgeting, and vendor evaluation.
