Job summary

DiversiTech is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to deliver exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries related to orders, product information, warranties, and returns. You will liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Product Management, and IT to ensure timely resolution and strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in inside sales or call center roles, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of inside sales or call center experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, portals and other channels.
• Resolve order discrepancies and service issues within SLAs.
• Provide product information, applications and basic technical support.
• Serve as primary contact for order status, pricing, shipping, warranty and returns.
• Review PO discrepancies and ensure accurate processing and fulfillment timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal partners to deliver great customer service.
