Job summary

ABB is seeking a proactive Fulfillment Specialist to provide technical, order, and payment-related support for internal and external customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure complete case ownership and improve customer satisfaction.

You will keep customers informed on status, coordinate with multiple teams for end-to-end handling, and analyze data to forecast and improve performance while maintaining a sense of urgency and ownership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business admin, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Advanced written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
Prior supply chain experience and familiarity with customer experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Experience with MS Project or Excel for project management.

Responsibilities

Independently solves complex customer support issues.
Coordinates with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to resolve and fulfill requests.
Recommends solutions and ensures end-to-end handling (production, scheduling, quotes, invoices).
Keeps customers informed on issue status and clarifies doubts.
Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the process.
Prepares and analyzes statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools.
Tracks sales performance against targets and shares insights with management.
Identifies fulfillment issues and communicates with customers; works with PMM or Engineering for alternatives.
