Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/BSc Comp required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in team handling (6–7 members).
• 5+ years experience as recruiter.
• Experience in C2H/FTE staffing models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other portals.
• Screen and shortlist profiles per client expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Work with hiring managers to meet hiring targets.
