Intellics Global is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Desktop Support, IT Service Desk, and IT Asset Management roles. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of IT recruitment experience and strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search and other platforms, coordinate technical interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to close roles within timelines while maintaining

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of IT recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for Desktop Support, IT Infrastructure, Service Desk, and IT Asset Management roles.
Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.

Responsabilités

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Desktop Support, EUC Support, IT Service Desk, IT Support, and IT Asset Management roles.
Source candidates with skills in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ITIL, and desktop troubleshooting.
Use Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, coordinate technical interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
