• Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions in the recruitment process.
• Advise account managers and clients on skill availability, labor rates, and hiring locations/timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for clients.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge within the aligned skill or industry specialization.
