Job summary

Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship brand, is seeking a Recruiter in Scottsdale, AZ to build talent networks and drive placements for Fortune 500 clients. We will source, screen, and place consultants with speed and integrity, delivering value through a relationship-based approach.

You will collaborate with the sales team, identify niche candidates, conduct multi‑modal interviews, coach candidates, and support onboarding, while meeting weekly hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine hiring needs.
• Identify niche-skilled candidates through targeted sourcing.
• Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, and virtual).
• Assess knowledge, skills, and experience for open roles.
• Provide resume coaching, interview prep, and offer support.
• Meet weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
