Brooksource is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to build long-lasting relationships with consultants and clients. You will partner with the sales team to identify hiring needs, source niche talent, and guide candidates through a fast-paced interview process.

You’ll provide resume coaching, interview prep, and post-placement support, while meeting weekly quotas and contributing to a high-energy, outcome-focused culture that values internal promotion and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and manage talent networks.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and screening.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process before presenting to clients (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of activities daily and adapt to new problems and ventures.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to consultants throughout project assignments with clients.
• Consistently hit weekly metrics of calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals through regular sessions with management and recruiters support.
• Support all other duties as assigned by the Company.
