Job summary

Brooksource, the flagship brand of Eight Eleven Group, seeks a Recruiter to build long-lasting relationships with potential consultants and match them with opportunities where they can succeed.

You will collaborate with sales to determine client needs, screen candidates through intensive internal interviews, coach candidates, and provide interview feedback to help them secure roles with Fortune 500 clients. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Results-driven and entrepreneurially minded with a fast-paced work style.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales to determine client hiring needs.
Develop strategies to identify niche-skilled candidates.
Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, virtual).
Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience for open roles.
Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, and interview feedback.
Onboard and support consultants during project assignments.
