Eight Eleven Group's Brooksource is seeking a Recruiter in Chicago to build talent networks, screen candidates, and align with client hiring needs. You will source, interview, and advocate for candidates across Fortune 500 opportunities, delivering value through flexible timelines and rapid talent placement.

You will coach candidates, conduct multiple interview stages, and provide ongoing onboarding support while thriving in a dynamic, relationship-focused environment with uncapped commission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.
• Help develop a strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process before presenting to external clients (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle a variety of activities daily and tackle new problems and ventures.
• Provide onboarding and post-placement support to create raving fans in our consultants.
• Hit weekly metrics of phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with your manager.
