Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is seeking a Recruiter to connect top technology and engineering professionals with opportunities and to support Fortune 500 clients. You will build relationships, work closely with the sales team, and guide candidates through every stage of the recruiting process.

You’ll source, screen, interview, and place candidates while coaching them on resumes, interview prep, and offers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Internship, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Coachable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals.
Coach candidates through resume guidance, interview prep, and offer negotiations.
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.
