Connection is seeking a detail-focused Project Support Coordinator to coordinate, partner, and collaborate with multiple teams handling various customer orders and requests. The role emphasizes monitoring queues, meeting SLAs, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery across sales, testing, and production orders.

As the primary liaison for customers and internal teams, you’ll ensure smooth production through accurate documentation, adherence to SOPs, and proactive communication.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office/O365 skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams).
• Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.

Aufgaben

• Monitor incident/case queues and address requests per SLAs.
• Process orders and manage them per SOPs ensuring quality.
• Coordinate projects with teams across departments for sales, testing and production orders.
• Be the first point of contact for customer requests and liaise between clients and internal teams.
• Assist in documenting processes and attending internal/external meetings.
