Job summary

InventYOU AB in Kentucky seeks an IT Project Manager to lead delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and alignment with business objectives.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders, development, QA, infrastructure, and operations, manage scope, risks, and governance, and report progress to sponsors and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management or Delivery Management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, risks and resources.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow PPM, or Smartsheet.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methods.
• Good understanding of PMBOK project management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors to drive successful outcomes while managing scope, risks, governance, and project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow PPM, or Smartsheet
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Good understanding of PMBOK project management practices
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Professional proficiency in English
